Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Amerigo Giordani made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 9th minute, WSG's Aldo Pala seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Aldo Pala the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of WSG protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Aldo Pala had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in WSG fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 9th minute. Penalty! In the 11th minute there was a penalty for Perugia Psychedelica. Concetto Maranzano stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Felice Porcu. 0-1. Felice Porcu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davide Novella in the 14th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Amedeo Martorella took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Alfonso Apolloni to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermanno Montini in the 19th minute of play forced WSG's goalkeeper Felice Porcu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amedeo Martorella blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfonso Apolloni having to make a save. 22 minutes into the game, Amerigo Imperiale recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alfonso Apolloni. Amerigo Imperiale showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After having played for 26 minutes, Emilio Marinacci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perugia Psychedelica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emilio Marinacci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felice Porcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davide Novella, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Alfonso Apolloni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amedeo Martorella in the 30th minute of play. Andrea De Filippo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfonso Apolloni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amedeo Martorella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amedeo Martorella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Apolloni having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, WSG's Andrea De Filippo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfonso Apolloni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Amerigo Imperiale fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored WSG's protests and gave Amerigo Imperiale a yellow card for diving instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ermanno Montini to strike the kick off in the second half. Elia Labate kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Cesare Anzolin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. WSG's Amedeo Martorella got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 62 minutes into the match, WSG's Andrea De Filippo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Amerigo Imperiale came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the WSG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amerigo Imperiale couldn't finish the play. Felice Porcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermanno Montini in the 66th minute of play. Amedeo Martorella struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Alfonso Apolloni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for WSG. In the 76th minute, Amedeo Martorella got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emilio Marinacci got free with Felice Porcu in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 86 minutes, Amedeo Martorella managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WSG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amedeo Martorella was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andrea De Filippo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Apolloni having to interfere. If Amerigo Imperiale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amerigo Imperiale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Perugia Psychedelica's zone, Amedeo Martorella stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfonso Apolloni came out of the goal and Amedeo Martorella tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There was no doubt that WSG were the better team. WSG's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
