In the 12th minute, Augusto Berardini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniele Martorella's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Alessandro Tamburrini skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 15 minutes into the game, Dennis Bonsignore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ravalle FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cervia the free kick. After 15 played minutes Ravalle FC got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Bonsignore. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniele Martorella in the 18th minute of play forced Ravalle FC's goalkeeper Alessandro Tamburrini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 played minutes Ravalle FC got a freekick which was hit by Dario Visintin. Daniele Martorella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Berardini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Alessandro Tamburrini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Ravalle FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniele Martorella came free, but Alessandro Tamburrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ravalle FC's goalkeeper Alessandro Tamburrini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cervia's Daniele Martorella got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Augusto Berardini might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alessandro Tamburrini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Augusto Berardini ran back to his position shaking his head.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dennis Bonsignore stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Ravalle FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Biagio Mirto to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andrea Piccinini during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniele Martorella in the 57th minute of play forced Ravalle FC's goalkeeper Alessandro Tamburrini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ravalle FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andrea Piccinini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniele Martorella in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alessandro Tamburrini saved Ravalle FC from getting behind. Ravalle FC's Alessandro Tamburrini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Berardini in the 80th minute of play. Alessandro Tamburrini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Berardini's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Biagio Mirto kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Augusto Berardini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessandro Tamburrini having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Daniele Martorella's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alessandro Tamburrini was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Cervia walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
