Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmondo Berti kicked off to start the match. Dino Di Matteo hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the match, juventus's goal looked a bit too open when Edmondo Berti came free, but Frank Colantonio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Dino Di Matteo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the game, Magreta FC's Florian Lavatrice nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frank Colantonio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Damiano Marulli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frank Colantonio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmondo Berti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Frank Colantonio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Frank Colantonio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edmondo Berti showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. If Edmondo Berti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dino Di Matteo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Emiliano Bearzot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. juventus's Dino Di Matteo got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edmondo Berti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Comunardo De Feo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Dino Di Matteo made the kick off in the second half. When Magreta FC's Edmondo Berti in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye juventus's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 59 minutes, Florian Lavatrice managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Magreta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florian Lavatrice was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in juventus's zone, Edmondo Berti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frank Colantonio came out of the goal and Edmondo Berti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 66th minute Comunardo De Feo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Colantonio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florian Lavatrice sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the match, Florian Lavatrice notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of juventus's Frank Colantonio. Frank Colantonio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edmondo Berti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Frank Colantonio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Magreta FC had played much better football throughout.
