In the 12th minute, Aldo Serena reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ettore Cesareo. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 15thth minute of the game Aldo Serena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marina di Ascea's Ettore Cesareo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alberto Bravo's late challenge caught a Marina di Ascea's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Bravo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, INTER MILAN's Alberto Bravo got a free kick in the 16th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Aldo Serena recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ettore Cesareo. Aldo Serena showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Marina di Ascea's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Amedeo Stellato scored to the left of an out of position Ettore Cesareo, making the score, 4-0. Ettore Cesareo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aldo Serena's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Bruno Leone was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. INTER MILAN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marina di Ascea the free kick. Amedeo Stellato who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Ettore Cesareo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Serena in the 34th minute of play forced Marina di Ascea's goalkeeper Ettore Cesareo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fausto Ciarrocchi during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Marina di Ascea's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Serena came free, but Ettore Cesareo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marina di Ascea's Ettore Cesareo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Serena in the 68th minute of play. Amedeo Stellato scored 6-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ettore Cesareo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aldo Serena took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ettore Cesareo. Ettore Cesareo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. The supporters of Marina di Ascea booed when INTER MILAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Serena didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the INTER MILAN players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
