Carter Angelici took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Ricciuti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Gela Calcio S.P.A defense, Amedeo Stellato kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carter Angelici. The Gela Calcio S.P.A fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carter Angelici should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfredo Casale made a kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Aldo Serena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gela Calcio S.P.A's Carter Angelici was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amedeo Stellato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Angelici having to interfere. Concetto Cassone charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. INTER MILAN's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
