The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Alessio Di Fonzo managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Real Ripa's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessio Di Fonzo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrico Genta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 20 minutes of play, FC Real Ripa's Elia Moscatelli made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alessio Di Fonzo made a kick off. With a little luck, FC Real Ripa's Cristiano Guaita got control of the ball when Demetrio Lio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Attilio Fontanive's late challenge caught a Hrodohaidis Rosa Rossa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Attilio Fontanive helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th match minute, FC Real Ripa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Attilio Fontanive to maneuver through the defense. Elia Moscatelli struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Enrico Genta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Real Ripa. Demetrio Lio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Cristiano Guaita made a huge save. Arturo Rosa was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 98th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. FC Real Ripa walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
