Alvise Masciarelli's late challenge caught a Torre Del Moro AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvise Masciarelli helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st minute, Alvise Masciarelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardo Briganti was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 23rd minute. Tivoli's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Emiliano Ramundo might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Demetrio Ranalli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Ramundo ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Torre Del Moro AFC's Daniele Nanni got a free kick in the 26th minute. After 27th play minutes Bernardo Briganti shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Camillo Palmucci and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience was convinced that Emiliano Ramundo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Demetrio Ranalli was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Demetrio Ranalli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Testi in the 39th minute of the match. Emiliano Ramundo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Demetrio Ranalli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44thth minute of the game Dario Testi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tivoli's Demetrio Ranalli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Tivoli's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Testi came free, but Demetrio Ranalli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 48 minutes, Camillo Palmucci successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabio Santucci to make the kick off. In the 73rd minute Emiliano Ramundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demetrio Ranalli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Santucci in the 74th minute of play forced Torre Del Moro AFC's goalkeeper Camillo Palmucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79thth minute of the game Emiliano Ramundo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tivoli's Demetrio Ranalli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The long shot by Camillo Cavallucci in the 83rd minute really tested Demetrio Ranalli's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Torre Del Moro AFC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
