The Lugagnano AFC fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Lugagnano AFC's Arturo Valente looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Dario Caiola came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Lugagnano AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dario Caiola couldn't finish the play. 43 minutes into the match, Lugagnano AFC's Arturo Valente sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enrico Colle narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Enrico Colle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arturo Valente in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arturo Valente to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristoforo Pasinati hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enzo Aceto during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Limbiate FC's Enzo Aceto got a free kick in the 60th minute. Beppe Porreca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antonio Biscotti charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonio Biscotti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Enrico Colle came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Lugagnano AFC's Arturo Valente. But to his dismay, Arturo Valente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Ernesto Quercia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augusto Pedroni in the 75th minute. In the 81st match minute, Limbiate FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dino Rubini to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Arturo Valente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrico Colle was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Augusto Pedroni's late challenge caught a Lugagnano AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Pedroni helped the player get up and apologised. After 85 played minutes Limbiate FC got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Pedroni. In the 86th minute, Arturo Valente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrico Colle was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beppe Porreca in the 92nd minute of play forced Limbiate FC's goalkeeper Enrico Colle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrico Colle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beppe Porreca in the 95th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Lugagnano AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
