Libertas Casiratese's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Tammaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ciccio Festa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alexander Tammaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Amos Petrella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Elia Di Giacomo fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pol. In the 65th minute, Ciro Castelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emilio Poletti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Fabrizio, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Alexander Tammaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amos Petrella having to interfere. In the 77th minute Ciccio Festa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amos Petrella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Libertas Casiratese's supporters rose to their feet, but Elia Di Giacomo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amos Petrella breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ciro Castelli charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciro Castelli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Arezzo FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ciro Castelli hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the game, Ciccio Festa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pol. Libertas Casiratese's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arezzo FC the free kick. In the 91st match minute, Pol. Libertas Casiratese was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciccio Festa to maneuver through the defense. After 94 played minutes Pol. Libertas Casiratese got a freekick which was hit by Davide Anastasi. Alvise Di Federico was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 95th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
