After a defensive mix-up in Recco AFC's zone, Cristoforo Santarelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Ciarrocchi came out of the goal and Cristoforo Santarelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Recco AFC's Emilio Ciarrocchi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Nanni in the 31st minute of play. Christian Franceschelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edoardo Longo in the 32nd minute of the match. Emilio Ciarrocchi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristoforo Santarelli's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 36thth minute of the game Fausto Nanni who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Recco AFC's Emilio Ciarrocchi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edoardo Longo to strike the kick off in the second half. Emilio Ciarrocchi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristoforo Santarelli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 52 minute of play. After 87 played minutes, Provezza AFC's Enrico Balboni shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emilio Ciarrocchi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Provezza AFC reached it. Emilio Ciarrocchi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristoforo Santarelli in the 92nd minute of play.
