Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) AS Scorpion's Achille Pietropaolo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Alvaro Papetti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Achille Pietropaolo might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alvise Cannavacciuolo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Achille Pietropaolo ran back to his position shaking his head. Ermanno Graziani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvaro Papetti got free with Comunardo Bozzo in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th match minute, Bollate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Pozzo to maneuver through the defense. Achille Pietropaolo hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvaro Papetti got free with Comunardo Bozzo in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the match, AS Scorpion's goal looked a bit too open when Concetto Talone came free, but Comunardo Bozzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ermanno Graziani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Comunardo Bozzo made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Alvaro Papetti sent off a good shot on target. Concetto Talone blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Comunardo Bozzo having to make a save. Alvaro Papetti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo Bozzo having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Concetto Talone to make the kick off. Comunardo Bozzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Papetti in the 51st minute of the match. Concetto Talone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Comunardo Bozzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, Felice Mattei was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AS Scorpion's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bollate the free kick. Felice Mattei hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. If Alvaro Papetti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th match minute, Bollate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ettore Ceci to maneuver through the defense. Comunardo Bozzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Concetto Talone in the 60th minute of play. Felice Mattei got his second yellow card in the match during the 61st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 61st match minute, AS Scorpion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felice Mattei to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to AS Scorpion getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Achille Pietropaolo hit a great ball. Comunardo Bozzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Papetti in the 65th minute of the match. Concetto Talone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo Bozzo having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Concetto Talone put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Comunardo Bozzo. 73 minutes into the match, AS Scorpion's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Papetti came free, but Comunardo Bozzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvaro Papetti struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Comunardo Bozzo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bollate. 80 minutes into the game, Bollate's Concetto Talone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Comunardo Bozzo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Comunardo Bozzo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvaro Papetti's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Alvaro Papetti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bollate walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
