A collision led to Cona AFC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Franco Pietrantoni hit a great ball. Adriano Zisser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Franceschini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th match minute, Zoid FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Comunardo Torelli to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Zoid FC's zone, Eugenio Franceschini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adriano Zisser came out of the goal and Eugenio Franceschini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Eugenio Franceschini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adriano Zisser came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Cona AFC's Florin Codrea. But to his dismay, Florin Codrea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabiano Proia in the 23rd minute of play forced Zoid FC's goalkeeper Adriano Zisser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Fabiano Proia made a precise shot to the right of Adriano Zisser. Zoid FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Adriano Zisser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Proia, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Eugenio Franceschini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cona AFC's Arturo Egger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Cona AFC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 41 minutes, Fabiano Proia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cona AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabiano Proia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Eugenio Franceschini came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Cona AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugenio Franceschini couldn't finish the play. Dennis Marulli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florian Carbonetti charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florian Carbonetti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Zoid FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cona AFC were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dennis Marulli to make the kick off. Fabiano Proia kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. When Eugenio Franceschini came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Cona AFC fans jumped to their feet. In the 76th minute, Fabiano Proia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adriano Zisser was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Eugenio Franceschini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvise Pavia in the 89th minute of play forced Cona AFC's goalkeeper Arturo Egger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adriano Zisser was a little too slow when Florin Codrea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 1-7. Cona AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
