If Amedeo Maldini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardo Pezzi during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bernardo Pezzi hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Attilio Cipolla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antonello Rizzo kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Attilio Cipolla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd match minute, Borgaretto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felice De Bonis to maneuver through the defense. Ospiate FC's Amedeo Maldini got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christian Cesarini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Attilio Cipolla went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ermanno Zaccardi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Coviello having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Ospiate FC booed when Borgaretto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmine Alba didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 93 played minutes Cristoforo Salerni shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Borgaretto's Christian Cesarini to catch but Cristoforo Salerni was lucky. It became 2-0 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Ospiate FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
