Florian Zaccardi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the match, Carmine Mameli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adriano Bernardini. DoMiNiCaNa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carmine Mameli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 69th minute, Dario Manzi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Comunardo Pala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adriano Bernardini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmine Mameli in the 79th minute of play. Carmine Mameli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adriano Bernardini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Cristoforo Colasante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adriano Bernardini having to interfere.
