Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Calvari's Eugenio Lucentini started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Pietra La Croce AFC's Alfredo Montanari got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute of the match Elia Martini sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elvar Skorrason skillfully saved the ball. Alfredo Albertosi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Elvar Skorrason made a huge save. In the 12th minute Alberigo Spione shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvar Skorrason saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Lucentini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Elvar Skorrason tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Eugenio Lucentini reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Elvar Skorrason. The goal made the score 1-0. Alfredo Albertosi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Elvar Skorrason skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Eugenio Iob's late challenge caught a Calvari's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugenio Iob helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pietra La Croce AFC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Eugenio Iob hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Eugenio Lucentini fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Elvar Skorrason made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Anfilogino Tesone sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Pietra La Croce AFC's zone, Eugenio Lucentini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elvar Skorrason came out of the goal and Eugenio Lucentini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Alfredo Albertosi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elvar Skorrason made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Albertosi in the 34th minute. After a rather tough play, Pietra La Croce AFC's Alfredo Montanari got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 38th minute, Pietra La Croce AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eugenio Lucentini fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Elvar Skorrason stood somewhat misplaced when Alfredo Albertosi came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 39 minute. In the 46thth minute of the game Eugenio Lucentini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pietra La Croce AFC's Elvar Skorrason was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfredo Montanari to make the kick off. 3-0 became the score in the 52nd minute when Eugenio Lucentini elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pietra La Croce AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Calvari a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Elia Martini, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pietra La Croce AFC's Elvar Skorrason. 4-0. 67 minutes into the game, Alfredo Montanari was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pietra La Croce AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calvari the free kick. Alfredo Montanari hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Alfredo Albertosi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eugenio Lucentini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Pietra La Croce AFC's zone, Alfredo Albertosi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elvar Skorrason came out of the goal and Alfredo Albertosi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfredo Albertosi struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Elvar Skorrason didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calvari. Elvar Skorrason made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Lucentini in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Anfilogino Tesone was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calvari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pietra La Croce AFC the free kick. Anfilogino Tesone kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Calvari's zone, Armin Briganti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvise Mercuri came out of the goal and Armin Briganti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elvar Skorrason showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Lucentini in the 89th minute of the match. After having played for 91 minutes, Eugenio Lucentini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calvari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Lucentini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Eugenio Lucentini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 99th minute, Alfredo Albertosi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elvar Skorrason was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0.
