With an all-out effort, Flero's Aldo Della Rocca threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Federico Cianci, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 9th minute, one of Real Reale:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Real Reale. If Federico Cianci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Amos Garibaldi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabiano Cavallucci, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Real Reale's Aldo Della Rocca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Cianci in the 22nd minute of play. Alessandro Minicucci's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aldo Della Rocca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. If Alessandro Minicucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Real Reale's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Cianci came free, but Aldo Della Rocca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Federico Cianci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Real Reale's Aldo Della Rocca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Real Reale from getting a goal against them. 48 minutes into the match, Real Reale's goalkeeper Aldo Della Rocca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alessandro Minicucci. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Davide Ciraci made a kick off. Aldo Della Rocca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Federico Cianci's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute, Federico Cianci left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flero fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The attack was good, but when Federico Cianci in the 58th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal.
