The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fedele Bartolucci to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Carlo Torri managed to get in a good position for a shot. U. S. MANFREDONIA's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlo Torri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alex Benarrivo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fedele Bartolucci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th minute there was a penalty for U. S. MANFREDONIA. Fabio Sciotto stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alex Benarrivo. 1-0. Alex Benarrivo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedele Bartolucci in the 70th minute of play. After 72 minutes, Damiano Pietropaolo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ignoranza 69 and the U. S. MANFREDONIA players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of U. S. MANFREDONIA booed when Ignoranza 69 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damiano Pietropaolo didn't get a good kick on the ball. MANFREDONIA got a freekick which was hit by Fedele Bartolucci. After some careless play in the Ignoranza 69 defense, Carlo Torri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alex Benarrivo. The Ignoranza 69 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alex Benarrivo should have stopped the shot. In the 88th minute, Fedele Bartolucci ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alex Benarrivo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Fedele Bartolucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Benarrivo having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Fedele Bartolucci left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The U. S. MANFREDONIA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0.
