Elia Crosta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dennis Monzeglio went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cristoforo Baciadonne hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute Dennis Monzeglio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elia Crosta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fausto Anzolin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 played minutes, C.S.K.A. Zingari's Dario Iannucci shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Elia Crosta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.S.K.A. Zingari reached it. Elia Crosta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Luzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half C.S.K.A. Zingari were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Dino Di Camillo charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dino Di Camillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Marcellise AFC! Arturo Bravo placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Fausto Anzolin spun around in front of the goal 79 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of C.S.K.A. Zingari's goal. Fabiano Valletta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elia Crosta having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Marcellise AFC's goalkeeper Elia Crosta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabiano Valletta. When Dennis Monzeglio came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the C.S.K.A. Zingari fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Monzeglio couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Marcellise AFC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Federico Aversano hit a great ball. Marcellise AFC's Elia Crosta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Monzeglio in the 94th minute of play. Dennis Monzeglio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elia Crosta having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched C.S.K.A. Zingari eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
