Spectators: 7371 (Terracing: 5529, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 147) Montereale's Dario Capobianco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. AFC calciospettacolo's Florian Mussi got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 4th minute, Remigiusz Skoroda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Montereale's goal looked a bit too open when Remigiusz Skoroda came free, but Ferdinando Vani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Guerini in the 7th minute of play forced AFC calciospettacolo's goalkeeper Davide Giampieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Montereale's Ferdinando Vani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigiusz Skoroda in the 10th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Adriano Moriggi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ferdinando Vani was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Montereale's zone, Florian Mussi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferdinando Vani came out of the goal and Florian Mussi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Remigiusz Skoroda might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ferdinando Vani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Remigiusz Skoroda ran back to his position shaking his head. Remigiusz Skoroda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38thth minute of the game Adriano Moriggi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Montereale's Ferdinando Vani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Montereale's Ferdinando Vani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Moriggi in the 42nd minute of play. Remigiusz Skoroda struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Ferdinando Vani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC calciospettacolo. If Alexander Magno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davide Giampieri was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dario Capobianco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 47 minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adriano Moriggi was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Ferdinando Vani managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when AFC calciospettacolo's Remigiusz Skoroda fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Remigiusz Skoroda managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC calciospettacolo's supporters rose to their feet, but Remigiusz Skoroda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferdinando Vani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Montereale's Ferdinando Vani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Moriggi in the 61st minute of play. If Remigiusz Skoroda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute of the match Beppe Alfonsi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Davide Giampieri showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ferdinando Vani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remigiusz Skoroda in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Florian Mussi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ferdinando Vani. Florian Mussi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. The supporters of AFC calciospettacolo booed when Montereale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amerigo Giovannelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the game, Florian Mussi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AFC calciospettacolo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montereale the free kick. Florian Mussi kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Ferdinando Vani stood somewhat misplaced when Remigiusz Skoroda came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 83 minute. In the 87th minute Adriano Moriggi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinando Vani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remigiusz Skoroda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferdinando Vani made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Remigiusz Skoroda sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute, Remigiusz Skoroda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
