Carter Maiorano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th match minute, Fognano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Concetto De Nardis to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Armando Parente made a precise shot to the right of Carter Maiorano. Fognano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Parente couldn't finish the play. Armando Parente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Carter Maiorano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Filippo Nelli sped through Fognano's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carter Maiorano. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Armando Parente came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Carter Maiorano could save by the left post. In the 54thth minute of the game Filippo Nelli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fognano's Carter Maiorano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Filippo Nelli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carter Maiorano was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Sciarborasca's Armando Parente got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Armando Parente who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Carter Maiorano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Carter Maiorano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Filippo Nelli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 65 minute of play. Carlo Di Iulio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Maiorano having to interfere. Sciarborasca's Filippo Nelli got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carter Maiorano made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Armando Parente sent off a good shot on target. Carter Maiorano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filippo Nelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Fognano's Carlo Albertini got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Armando Parente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Carter Maiorano made a huge save. In the 84th minute, Carmine Di Febo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 played minutes Sciarborasca got a freekick which was hit by Davide Carciofo. Antonio Lucidi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carter De Laurentiis in the 94th minute of the match. Sciarborasca played a much better game than Fognano and deserved their victory. The Fognano players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
