The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Andrea Vanni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfonso Cocca kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Andrea Vanni took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Federico Conti. Federico Conti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Florian Nardone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to BOYSSAN CN getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Amedeo Gulli hit a great ball. Demetrio Antonioni's late challenge caught a Real Vescovio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Demetrio Antonioni helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd minute, Demetrio Antonioni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florian Nardone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dennis Magliocco's late challenge caught a BOYSSAN CN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dennis Magliocco helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Real Vescovio's Dennis Magliocco got a free kick in the 28th minute. When Andrea Vanni came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the BOYSSAN CN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrea Vanni couldn't finish the play. Andrea Vanni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Federico Conti having to make a save. Attilio Lucchetti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Pantano having to interfere. With a little luck, BOYSSAN CN's Cristiano Pantano got control of the ball when Attilio Lucchetti tried to sneak it across the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Florian Nardone to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aldo Pezzi during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ettore Cesarini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Federico Conti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Real Vescovio's zone, Ettore Cesarini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federico Conti came out of the goal and Ettore Cesarini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Federico Conti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Cesarini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ettore Cesarini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute Ettore Cesarini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Conti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Magliocco was shown his second yellow card after 82 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 83rd match minute, Real Vescovio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Magliocco to maneuver through the defense. Federico Conti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Cesarini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Real Vescovio's Attilio Lucchetti got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Real Vescovio booed when BOYSSAN CN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demetrio Antonioni didn't get a good kick on the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
