Spectators: 6703 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 0) Antonio Rava's late challenge caught a Grottaferrata FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonio Rava helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Mortaiolo FC's Antonio Rava got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 19th minute, Alex Fiordelisi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antonio Rava fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Colantoni having to interfere. In the 25th match minute, Grottaferrata FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Bani to maneuver through the defense. When Antonio Rava came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Mortaiolo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Rava couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Biagio Falcone during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Mortaiolo FC booed when Grottaferrata FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Biagio Falcone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ermanno Spano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emanuele Salerni having to make a save. Thanks to some nice moves Alex Fiordelisi could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Emanuele Salerni however easily saved by the left post. If Antonio Rava had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Grottaferrata FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Ronconi came free, but Diego Colantoni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Mortaiolo FC's Alvise Polito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diego Colantoni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After the first half Mortaiolo FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvise Polito to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex Fiordelisi in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuele Salerni saved Mortaiolo FC from getting behind. When Alvise Polito fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mortaiolo FC's protests and gave Alvise Polito a yellow card for diving instead. Alvise Polito kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Alex Fiordelisi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuele Salerni having to interfere. Ermanno Spano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuele Salerni having to interfere. When Grottaferrata FC's Alex Fiordelisi in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mortaiolo FC's goalie prevented a goal. Emanuele Salerni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermanno Spano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Grottaferrata FC's Alvaro Trentini got a free kick in the 71st minute. Edmondo Bobbio missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 72 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Diego Colantoni right hand side. Antonio Rava received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Diego Colantoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 79 played minutes Grottaferrata FC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Mori. Alex Fiordelisi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emanuele Salerni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermanno Spano in the 89th minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Grottaferrata FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alvise Polito came free, but Diego Colantoni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Diego Colantoni successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Diego Colantoni came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Mortaiolo FC's Alvise Polito. But to his dismay, Alvise Polito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The Grottaferrata FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mortaiolo FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Mortaiolo FC.
