Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armin Mazzone in the 13th minute of play forced Gaibana FC's goalkeeper Carlo Troilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fausto Falcone hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Gaibana FC defense, Fabrizio Petrucci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlo Troilo. The Gaibana FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlo Troilo should have stopped the shot. In the 17th minute, Antonello Lazzaro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gaibana FC's Carlo Troilo didn't even have to move. Fabrizio Petrucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armin Mazzone in the 22nd minute of play forced Gaibana FC's goalkeeper Carlo Troilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlo Troilo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armin Mazzone, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Fabrizio Petrucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 28 played minutes Gaibana FC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuele Genovese. 30 minutes into the match, Gaibana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armin Mazzone came free, but Carlo Troilo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabrizio Petrucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabrizio Petrucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Carlo Troilo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armin Mazzone in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlo Troilo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Armin Mazzone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Gaibana FC's Carlo Troilo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armin Mazzone in the 55th minute of play. Fausto Falcone hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, Antonello Lazzaro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gaibana FC's Carlo Troilo didn't even have to move. Carlo Troilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armin Mazzone in the 59th minute of the match. A collision led to Colonnata getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Dario Matteucci hit a great ball. Carlo Troilo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armin Mazzone, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After having played for 65 minutes, Armin Mazzone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colonnata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armin Mazzone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Alexander Reali fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Colonnata's protests and gave Alexander Reali a yellow card for diving instead. Fabrizio Petrucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, Gaibana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armin Mazzone came free, but Carlo Troilo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabrizio Petrucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlo Troilo made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Concetto Ottaviani sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Armin Mazzone's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlo Troilo was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. A collision led to Gaibana FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Fausto Falcone hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Gaibana FC's zone, Armin Mazzone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlo Troilo came out of the goal and Armin Mazzone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Fausto Falcone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Antonello Lazzaro came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Colonnata fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonello Lazzaro couldn't finish the play. The Gaibana FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Colonnata were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
