Spectators: 6695 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 0) Aurelia's Francesco Menna started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 8 minutes into the match, Aurelia's goal looked a bit too open when Armin Mazzone came free, but Enrico Pugliese reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Fava in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Cannone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armin Mazzone in the 17th minute of play forced Aurelia's goalkeeper Enrico Pugliese to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alvise Fabri fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aurelia's protests and gave Alvise Fabri a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Fava in the 21st minute of play forced Colonnata's goalkeeper Angelo Cannone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvise Fabri hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Colonnata's Dario Matteucci suffered a sore thigh after 31 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anfilogino Presutti during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Colonnata booed when Aurelia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anfilogino Presutti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabrizio Petrucci to make the kick off. Fabrizio Petrucci took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrico Pugliese. Enrico Pugliese dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Francesco Menna charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francesco Menna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Francesco Menna kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After having played for 59 minutes, Fabrizio Petrucci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colonnata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabrizio Petrucci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Christian Fava had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. From a short distance, Aurelia's Francesco Menna, in the 63rd minute, tried to place the ball behind Angelo Cannone, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. With an all-out effort, Aurelia's Angelo Cannone threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Francesco Menna, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fabrizio Petrucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armin Mazzone hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Colonnata's Angelo Cannone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Menna in the 82nd minute of play. Enrico Pugliese showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrizio Petrucci in the 86th minute of the match. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Colonnata's goalkeeper Angelo Cannone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 92nd match minute, Colonnata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Reali to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 94th minute by Christian Fava got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Colonnata's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
