Spectators: 7302 (Terracing: 5550, Seating: 1702, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carter Bizzarri took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Daniele Montini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Cardano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 2-0 became the score in the 17th minute when Edmondo Di Falco elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Biagio Pompilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Christian Giordani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Caligaris in the 23rd minute of the match. Gavasseto FC's Carter Bizzarri got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 28 played minutes Gavasseto FC got a freekick which was hit by Christian Piccinini. Gavasseto FC's Alfredo Cardano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Gavasseto FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Lavis's zone, Carter Bizzarri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Giordani came out of the goal and Carter Bizzarri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Biagio Pompilio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfredo Cardano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. After 40 minutes of play, Lavis's Edmondo Di Falco made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredo Cardano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Biagio Pompilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Alfredo Cardano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Biagio Pompilio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes in the game, Biagio Pompilio dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Antonio Giandomenico kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Lavis's Edmondo Di Falco got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edmondo Di Falco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Alfredo Cardano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Gavasseto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Biagio Pompilio came free, but Alfredo Cardano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredo Cardano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmondo Di Falco's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute of the match Alvise Pelliccia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredo Cardano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gavasseto FC's goalkeeper Alfredo Cardano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Biagio Pompilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Cardano having to interfere. Alfredo Cardano came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lavis's Edmondo Di Falco. But to his dismay, Edmondo Di Falco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Edmondo Di Falco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredo Cardano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmondo Di Falco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Biagio Pompilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Lavis's Biagio Pompilio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfredo Cardano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 85 minutes, Biagio Pompilio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lavis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Biagio Pompilio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 87 played minutes, Lavis's Alvise Pelliccia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alfredo Cardano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lavis reached it. Biagio Pompilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Cardano having to interfere. Lavis walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
