Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 0, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carter Ursini started the match with the kick off. Faenza's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Davide Simonetti scored to the left of an out of position Alessandro Lucantoni, making the score, 1-0. In the 7th minute, Carter Ursini reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alessandro Lucantoni. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 10th minute, Domenico Ippoliti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrea Margoni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Achille De Lorenzi in the 11th minute of the match. If Davide Simonetti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, Balkangücü's goal looked a bit too open when Achille De Lorenzi came free, but Andrea Margoni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alessandro Lucantoni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Davide Simonetti went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 23 minutes into the match, Faenza's goalkeeper Alessandro Lucantoni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Davide Simonetti. Andrea Margoni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Castellini, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. If Carter Ursini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Balkangücü's Andrea Margoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Achille De Lorenzi in the 33rd minute of play. In the 39th minute Alberigo Di Giandomenico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Lucantoni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Davide Simonetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Alessandro Lucantoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Carter Ursini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Andrea Margoni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carter Di Dio in the 44th minute of the match. Faenza's Alessandro Lucantoni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Faenza from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

In the 54th minute Ciccio Antognoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrea Margoni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 56 minutes of play, Faenza's Cristiano Castellini made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrea Margoni was left in no man's land by his defense there! Balkangücü's Andrea Margoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciccio Antognoni in the 59th minute of play. Domenico Ippoliti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Davide Simonetti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alessandro Lucantoni was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Alessandro Lucantoni came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Balkangücü's Davide Simonetti. But to his dismay, Davide Simonetti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenico Ippoliti in the 70th minute of play forced Faenza's goalkeeper Alessandro Lucantoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Carter Di Dio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andrea Margoni. That made the score 5-2 in the 74 minute of play. After some careless play in the Faenza defense, Carter Ursini kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alessandro Lucantoni. The Faenza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alessandro Lucantoni should have stopped the shot. After having played for 82 minutes, Davide Simonetti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balkangücü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Davide Simonetti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carter Di Dio struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Andrea Margoni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Faenza. Davide Mastronardi charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Davide Mastronardi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The goalkeeper, Andrea Margoni, was totally fooled by Faenza's Arturo Salomone, who 89 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Davide Simonetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Alessandro Lucantoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Balkangücü had played much better football throughout.
