In the 17th match minute, Rubin Kebab was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Achille Di Cristofaro to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute, Franco Ingegno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ercole Martorella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Del Nero having to interfere. After 39 minutes of play, Rubin Kebab's Enzo Cardano made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alex Di Rado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Achille Di Cristofaro's late challenge caught a Ferno's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Achille Di Cristofaro helped the player get up and apologised. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Domenico Trombetta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabiano Del Nero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 54th minute, Franco Ingegno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Rubin Kebab's goal looked a bit too open when Ercole Martorella came free, but Fabiano Del Nero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 minutes, Alex Finocchio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ferno and the Rubin Kebab players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 57 played minutes Ferno got a freekick which was hit by Alex Finocchio. Fabiano Del Nero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francesco Galli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferno's Francesco Galli got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 68 minutes, Francesco Galli made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Rubin Kebab's Fabiano Del Nero tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Rubin Kebab defense, Francesco Galli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabiano Del Nero. The Rubin Kebab fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabiano Del Nero should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Rubin Kebab booed when Ferno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Maurizi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ercole Martorella recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabiano Del Nero came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Ferno's Ercole Martorella. But to his dismay, Ercole Martorella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Fabiano Del Nero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francesco Galli in the 93rd minute of play. Ercole Martorella recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ferno were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Rubin Kebab for a fine match.
