Spectators: 6699 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 0) Caresanablot FC's Ciro Galdi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3rd play minutes Andrea Borel shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Anthony Eleuteri and just under the crossbar into goal. 8 minutes into the match, Biagio Fantini dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Anthony Eleuteri, 2-0. After 11 played minutes Caresanablot FC got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Galdi. In the 15th minute, Biagio Fantini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anthony Carnevale charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anthony Carnevale the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Caresanablot FC booed when Nova Milanese FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Carnevale didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Frank Santalucia sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Nova Milanese FC's Tony Telfer didn't even have to move. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Attilio Cicchinelli during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Nova Milanese FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Attilio Cicchinelli hit a great ball. 3-0 became the score in the 35th minute when Andrea Borel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Biagio Fantini might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anthony Eleuteri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Biagio Fantini ran back to his position shaking his head. Caresanablot FC's Anthony Eleuteri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Biagio Fantini in the 44th minute of play. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nova Milanese FC's goalkeeper Tony Telfer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Biagio Fantini was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Caresanablot FC's zone, Andrea Borel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anthony Eleuteri came out of the goal and Andrea Borel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Alfonso De Amicis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nova Milanese FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfonso De Amicis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anthony Eleuteri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute, Biagio Fantini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anthony Eleuteri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Biagio Fantini in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute Anthony Carnevale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Eleuteri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrea Borel took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anthony Eleuteri. Anthony Eleuteri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 70th minute, Biagio Fantini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nova Milanese FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Ciro Galdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Telfer having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Caresanablot FC's goal looked a bit too open when Biagio Fantini came free, but Anthony Eleuteri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Biagio Fantini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nova Milanese FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. If Biagio Fantini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Caresanablot FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nova Milanese FC.
