Spectators: 6684 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carlo Falasca started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Attilio Alleva kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dino Giorgi. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Damiano Ferrario took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dino Giorgi. Dino Giorgi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, Rizzi's Ciro Melani got a free kick in the 15th minute. Alberigo Spagnuolo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlo Falasca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Attilio Alleva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Dino Giorgi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dino Giorgi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Attilio Alleva in the 32nd minute of the match. Attilio Alleva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Dino Giorgi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Damiano Ferrario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dino Giorgi was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Attilio Alleva kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dino Giorgi. That made the score 4-0 in the 45 minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Attilio Alleva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Damiano Ferrario struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Dino Giorgi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Livergnano. The crowd rose to their feet as Carlo Falasca kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alberigo Spagnuolo. That made the score 4-1 in the 58 minute of play. In the 68th minute, Carlo Falasca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Rizzi's zone, Damiano Ferrario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dino Giorgi came out of the goal and Damiano Ferrario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Rizzi getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Ciro Melani hit a great ball. Carlo Falasca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberigo Spagnuolo having to interfere. Alfonso De Amicis kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Demetrio Pinti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Giorgi having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Damiano Ferrario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dino Giorgi. Rizzi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damiano Ferrario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Livergnano walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
