If Donato Faieta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amos Fanfarone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Carter De Michele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amos Fanfarone in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carter De Michele prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Conca Del Sole FC's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Marinelli came free, but Dave Contaldi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dave Contaldi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flavio Marinelli went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Donato Faieta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the match, Amos Fanfarone dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carter De Michele, 3-3. Donato Faieta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter De Michele having to interfere. Beppe Gigli's late challenge caught a Conca Del Sole FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beppe Gigli helped the player get up and apologised. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
