In the 11th minute, Edoardo Graziani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Juventus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arcadia's goalkeeper Amerigo Travaglini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 16 minutes, Pedro Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Juventus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Alves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Juventus's Eugenio Di Muzio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save FC Juventus from getting a goal against them. Andrea Fasciani who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Eugenio Di Muzio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Armando Meazza might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eugenio Di Muzio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Armando Meazza ran back to his position shaking his head. Amerigo Travaglini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlo Centofanti in the 25th minute of the match. Edoardo Graziani hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Eugenio Di Muzio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrea Fasciani in the 31st minute. After 37 played minutes FC Juventus got a freekick which was hit by Carmine Traini. A collision led to FC Juventus getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Anthony Trasatti hit a great ball. Eugenio Di Muzio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilio Conti in the 41st minute. Alfonso Franzioni took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amerigo Travaglini. Amerigo Travaglini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Cristoforo Atroce hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Alfonso Franzioni made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th play minute Pedro Alves came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Amerigo Travaglini. 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Alves got free with Amerigo Travaglini in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the FC Juventus defense, Biagio Scivittaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eugenio Di Muzio. The FC Juventus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eugenio Di Muzio should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute, Arcadia's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Carlo Centofanti fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Alves got free with Amerigo Travaglini in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Arcadia defense, Pedro Alves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amerigo Travaglini. The Arcadia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amerigo Travaglini should have stopped the shot. Pedro Alves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amerigo Travaglini having to make a save. Alfonso Franzioni might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amerigo Travaglini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfonso Franzioni ran back to his position shaking his head. Amerigo Travaglini made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Pedro Alves sent off a good shot on target. Andrea Fasciani blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eugenio Di Muzio having to make a save. 89 minutes into the match, Andrea Fasciani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugenio Di Muzio. FC Juventus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andrea Fasciani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. After a rather tough play, Arcadia's Frank Brunetta got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Pedro Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amerigo Travaglini having to interfere. The Arcadia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Juventus were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
