In the 3rd match minute, FBC Ciolemorte 1908 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Granati to maneuver through the defense. Ferruccio Martorella's late challenge caught a Piuma AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferruccio Martorella helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th minute there was a penalty for Piuma AFC. Ermanno Angelucci stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Florian Valerio. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amos Biagetti during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Piuma AFC's Amos Biagetti got a free kick in the 11th minute. Arturo Raniolo got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 2-0 in the right cross in the 13th match minute before Florian Valerio had time to react. In the 18th minute Camillo Campana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Ramundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Piuma AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Camillo Campana came free, but Cristiano Ramundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The long shot by Alexander Del Pizzo in the 24th minute really tested Florian Valerio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Demetrio Eleuteri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristiano Ramundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camillo Campana in the 32nd minute of the match. Demetrio Eleuteri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristiano Ramundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonello Caccavale in the 36th minute of the match. Cristiano Ramundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eraldo Eboli, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. If Arturo Raniolo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florian Valerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Demetrio Eleuteri in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

53 minutes into the match, Demetrio Eleuteri notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FBC Ciolemorte 1908's Florian Valerio. Florian Valerio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Demetrio Eleuteri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Florian Valerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Piuma AFC's Cristiano Ramundo got control of the ball when Eraldo Eboli tried to sneak it across the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, FBC Ciolemorte 1908's Eraldo Eboli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristiano Ramundo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Florian Valerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Demetrio Eleuteri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Eraldo Eboli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fabiano Belfiore fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piuma AFC's protests and gave Fabiano Belfiore a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FBC Ciolemorte 1908 booed when Piuma AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabiano Belfiore didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to FBC Ciolemorte 1908 getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Emanuele Reggianini hit a great ball. Piuma AFC's Demetrio Eleuteri got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antonello Caccavale hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute of the match Piuma AFC got a corner. FBC Ciolemorte 1908's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ermanno Angelucci ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Piuma AFC's corner Fabiano Belfiore fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Florian Valerio quite easily take care of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the FBC Ciolemorte 1908 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Piuma AFC.
