Giambeijing SPC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Ubriaco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Emiliano Clementi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 12th minute by Ciro Ubriaco got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 15th match minute, Giambeijing SPC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demetrio Buffone to maneuver through the defense. Emiliano Clementi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Pettinelli having to interfere. When Fabio Barone came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Canolo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabio Barone couldn't finish the play. After 29 played minutes Giambeijing SPC got a freekick which was hit by Armando Mara. 36 minutes into the match, Giambeijing SPC's goal looked a bit too open when Armin Pedrelli came free, but Enzo Pettinelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabio Barone took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enzo Pettinelli. Enzo Pettinelli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Emiliano Clementi came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Canolo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emiliano Clementi couldn't finish the play. When Canolo AFC's Fabio Barone in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Giambeijing SPC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 48th minute, Fabio Barone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Canolo AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabio Barone to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Fabio Barone could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Enzo Pettinelli however easily saved by the left post. In the 54th minute, Emiliano Clementi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Enzo Pettinelli managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Canolo AFC's Fabio Barone fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Fabio Barone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Giambeijing SPC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Corrado Del Papa hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the match, Giambeijing SPC's goalkeeper Enzo Pettinelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabio Barone. 70 minutes into the match, Emiliano Clementi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enzo Pettinelli. Giambeijing SPC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emiliano Clementi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Ferruccio Schirone's late challenge caught a Giambeijing SPC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferruccio Schirone helped the player get up and apologised. In the 74th minute, Ferruccio Schirone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd match minute, Canolo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Romanese to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Giambeijing SPC's goalkeeper Enzo Pettinelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabio Barone. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Fabio Barone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canolo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabio Barone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enzo Pettinelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Donato Giacchetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ennio Benvenuto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 played minutes Canolo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ferruccio Schirone.
