After having played for 6 minutes, Kacper Nowacki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villanova Di Denore's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kacper Nowacki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Villanova Di Denore fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Villanova Di Denore's Edoardo Madaio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Edoardo Madaio came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Villanova Di Denore fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edoardo Madaio couldn't finish the play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Villanova Di Denore fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! Ennio Sacchetti hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edoardo Madaio in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabiano Fiorentino saved Atlantis FC from getting behind. Fabiano Fiorentino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edoardo Madaio in the 41st minute of play. Edoardo Madaio scored 1-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabiano Fiorentino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Atlantis FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Villanova Di Denore were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Domenico Mazzini to strike the kick off in the second half. Edoardo Madaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Fabiano Fiorentino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Camillo Cagnetta fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlantis FC's protests and gave Camillo Cagnetta a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Atlantis FC's Camillo Cagnetta got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Camillo Chiarelli kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Fabiano Fiorentino made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Edoardo Madaio sent off a good shot on target. Villanova Di Denore's Kacper Nowacki got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniele Pio came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fabiano Fiorentino could save by the left post. The supporters of Atlantis FC booed when Villanova Di Denore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Foddis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Daniele Pio could shoot a difficult shot in the 90th minute, which Fabiano Fiorentino however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Atlantis FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Ennio Sciarretta hit a great ball.
