After a rather tough play, AS Matici's Amerigo Crognale got a free kick in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Guarisi in the 4th minute of play forced AS Matici's goalkeeper Flavio Bisegna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavio Bisegna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Concetto Monti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 7 minutes, Eugenio Guarisi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paluello's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Guarisi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Concetto Monti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavio Bisegna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Guarisi, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. A collision led to AS Matici getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Amerigo Crognale hit a great ball. Flavio Bisegna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Concetto Monti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute Eugenio Guarisi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Bisegna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavio Bisegna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Monti in the 18th minute of the match. AS Matici's Eugenio Orsini got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flavio Bisegna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Concetto Monti in the 23rd minute of play. Eugenio Guarisi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Bisegna having to interfere. Flavio Bisegna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Concetto Monti, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Concetto Monti to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Concetto Monti reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Flavio Bisegna. The goal made the score 0-1. Flavio Bisegna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugenio Guarisi in the 58th minute. Eugenio Orsini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 66 minutes, Anselmo Fabiani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paluello and the AS Matici players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Paluello's Anselmo Fabiani got a free kick in the 66th minute. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Concetto Monti took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Flavio Bisegna to make any attempt to save it. Concetto Monti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Flavio Bisegna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Concetto Monti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavio Bisegna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Monti in the 80th minute of the match. AS Matici's Flavio Bisegna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Monti in the 82nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugenio Guarisi got free with Flavio Bisegna in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Eugenio Orsini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amerigo Crognale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donato Palmieri kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. AS Matici's Beppe Alfieri got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The AS Matici supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Paluello's performance. The match ended with a win for Paluello.
