After 25 played minutes Stagno got a freekick which was hit by Anfilogino Biavati. 30 minutes into the match, Stagno's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Panella came free, but Donato Santini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Stagno getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Franco Guerrini hit a great ball. Anfilogino Biavati kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carter Ramundo in the 40th minute of play forced Stagno's goalkeeper Donato Santini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernesto Imperatrice made in the 41st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Filippo Nola. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adan Itzaina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Donato Santini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carter Ramundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Adan Itzaina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Dave Di Pasquale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the game, Adan Itzaina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Dave Di Pasquale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filippo Nola in the 65th minute of play forced Stagno's goalkeeper Donato Santini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donato Santini was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Filippo Nola showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 66 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adan Itzaina in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dave Di Pasquale saved FGI COMUN NUOVO from getting behind. In the 73rd match minute, FGI COMUN NUOVO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Panella to maneuver through the defense. The Stagno fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. 97 minutes into the game, Filippo Nola recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Donato Santini. Filippo Nola showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Stagno were victorious despite being under pressure from FGI COMUN NUOVO for much of the match.
