The supporters of FC Sboccarda booed when Romitorio AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ercole Colonna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cesare Ascani's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alfonso Marcelli firmly grabbed it by the left post. FC Sboccarda's Cesare Pellicciotta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armin Sciarretta in the 20th minute of play. Ciccio Addario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesare Pellicciotta having to interfere. FC Sboccarda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armin Sciarretta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Romitorio AFC's Ciccio Addario managed to work through FC Sboccarda's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ciccio Addario dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Cesare Pellicciotta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armin Sciarretta, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When Camillo Bravo fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Sboccarda's protests and gave Camillo Bravo a yellow card for diving instead. Camillo Bravo hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Ciccio Preda sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC Sboccarda's Cesare Pellicciotta didn't even have to move. Cesare Pellicciotta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Sboccarda's Cesare Pellicciotta got control of the ball when Alfredo Antonelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cesare Pellicciotta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciccio Addario in the 93rd minute. After 94 minutes of play FC Sboccarda's Camillo Bravo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground.
