Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amos Giacchetti started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Ata Türk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mogui F.C.'s Anders Lindegaard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Mogui F.C. from getting a goal against them. Mogui F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Armando Di Tullio in the 12th minute. A well done corner resulted in Cosimo Rotondi drilling the ball in to score 0-1 behind Herta Vernello's goalkeeper. In the 18th minute, Cesare Vida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Elia Torri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amos Giacchetti in the 27th minute of play forced Mogui F.C.'s goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Herta Vernello's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Petrucci came free, but Ernesto De Santis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anders Lindegaard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amos Giacchetti, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 37th minute Christian Petrucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto De Santis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Herta Vernello's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Petrucci came free, but Ernesto De Santis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ernesto De Santis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elia Torri in the 51st minute of play. Christian Petrucci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernesto De Santis having to make a save. Ernesto De Santis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Petrucci in the 56th minute of the match. Ernesto De Santis made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Christian Petrucci sent off a good shot on target. Amos Giacchetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Anders Lindegaard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herta Vernello's Amos Giacchetti got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emanuele Giampieri scored 1-2 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anders Lindegaard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ata Türk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute, Anthony Di Sante got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mogui F.C.'s Christian Petrucci got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Herta Vernello's zone, Ata Türk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernesto De Santis came out of the goal and Ata Türk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elia Torri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto De Santis having to interfere. Elia Torri was extremely unlucky when he, in the 84th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Enzo Aversa hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Anders Lindegaard came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Herta Vernello's Emanuele Giampieri. But to his dismay, Emanuele Giampieri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Herta Vernello's goalkeeper Ernesto De Santis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
