Spectators: 6678 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) Dennis Tomei came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pievequinta's Domenico Fiordelisi. But to his dismay, Domenico Fiordelisi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Demetrio Masi hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Demetrio Masi kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Arrigo Balestra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th minute, Enrico Sergi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domenico Fiordelisi in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dennis Tomei saved Pedaghisa from getting behind. Domenico Trinca kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Dennis Tomei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelo Matteucci's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Pievequinta's Corrado Egger got a free kick in the 23rd minute. If Domenico Pagliuca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Demetrio Masi hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When Arrigo Balestra came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Pedaghisa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arrigo Balestra couldn't finish the play. Angelo Matteucci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37thth minute of the game Angelo Matteucci who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pedaghisa's Dennis Tomei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Matteucci in the 41st minute of play forced Pedaghisa's goalkeeper Dennis Tomei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Angelo Matteucci to make the kick off. Angelo Matteucci let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 55th minute shot 0-2 at rihgt post. In the 62nd minute, Enrico Sergi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 68 minutes, Angelo Matteucci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pievequinta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Matteucci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angelo Matteucci received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dennis Tomei came out and tried to block the shot, but Angelo Matteucci slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 72nd minute. Anfilogino Gulli, 77 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Claudio Palmucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domenico Pagliuca in the 79th minute of the match. When Domenico Pagliuca came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Pedaghisa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domenico Pagliuca couldn't finish the play. Domenico Fiordelisi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Domenico Fiordelisi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 97thth minute of the game Angelo Matteucci who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pedaghisa's Dennis Tomei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Pedaghisa fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pievequinta were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
