The Narnia F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Narnia F.C.'s Cosimo Scacchi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 22nd match minute, Acquaviva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessio Di Mascio to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ennio Nardi in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frank De Filippo saved Narnia F.C. from getting behind. Frank De Filippo had great luck who in the 32ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Ennio Nardi from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After having played for 35 minutes, Fabrizio Prandini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Acquaviva's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabrizio Prandini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Fabrizio Prandini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 40 played minutes Narnia F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Davide Bucci. The long shot by Andrea Ascoli in the 42nd minute really tested Frank De Filippo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Narnia F.C.'s zone, Ennio Nardi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frank De Filippo came out of the goal and Ennio Nardi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

A collision led to Acquaviva getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Bruno Carbonaro hit a great ball. If Fabrizio Prandini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 66 minutes of play, Acquaviva's Ennio Nardi made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frank De Filippo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Narnia F.C. booed when Acquaviva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrizio Prandini didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Alfonso Genovesi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabrizio Prandini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frank De Filippo having to make a save. If Ennio Nardi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Acquaviva fully deserved thier win.
