After a defensive mix-up in Rotta's zone, Federico Grimaldi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felice Valerio came out of the goal and Federico Grimaldi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felice Valerio was a little too slow when Damiano Bonanni got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 2-1. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Federico Grimaldi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
