When Bruno De Nicola came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Sporting Cavrie FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno De Nicola couldn't finish the play. Aldo Sciarra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Concetto Federici went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Aldo Sciarra came out of the goal and Concetto Federici tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dario Malinconico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 74 played minutes Portesine AFC got a freekick which was hit by Achille Paris. The supporters of Portesine AFC booed when Sporting Cavrie FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno De Nicola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anthony Fabrizio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Damiano Leopardi made a huge save. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sporting Cavrie FC had played much better football throughout.
