After a rather tough play, S.P.Acerrana's Alberto Fino got a free kick in the 25th minute. Cosimo Chitarroni scored 0-3 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvaro Fasciani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the game, S.P.Acerrana's Dario Nardi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After the first half S.P.Acerrana were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Ballerini made a kick off. Alvaro Fasciani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Nardi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 minutes of play, S.P.Acerrana's Dario Rosa made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvaro Fasciani was left in no man's land by his defense there! S.P.Acerrana's Ercole Rotolo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Sessa in the 68th minute of play. Stefano Portela hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 74th match minute, S.P.Acerrana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefano Portela to maneuver through the defense. Daniele Sessa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ercole Rotolo having to interfere. ACF Fiorentina's Alvaro Fasciani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save ACF Fiorentina from getting a goal against them. If Dario Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dario Rosa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alvaro Fasciani firmly grabbed it by the left post. 91 minutes into the game, Dario Rosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. S.P.Acerrana played a much better game than ACF Fiorentina and deserved their victory. The ACF Fiorentina players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
