Chiappa AFC's Bruno Cameli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Chiappa AFC from getting a goal against them. Anfilogino Melfi hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the game, Aurelio Del Monte lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Bruno Cameli. If Cristoforo Tocci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emiliano Evani struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Bruno Cameli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U.D.C.Hellas Montefortese. Cristoforo Tocci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Cameli having to interfere. When Fabio Lizzi fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chiappa AFC's protests and gave Fabio Lizzi a yellow card for diving instead. 26 minutes into the game, one of Chiappa AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Fortunato Biancone placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristoforo Tocci in the 33rd minute of play forced Chiappa AFC's goalkeeper Bruno Cameli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurelio Del Monte took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Cameli. Bruno Cameli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Aurelio Del Monte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Bruno Cameli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardo Miranda made a kick off. Alessandro Muzzatti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anfilogino Melfi in the 51st minute. After 53 played minutes Chiappa AFC got a freekick which was hit by Carter Palmieri. Emiliano Evani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Bruno Cameli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. U.D.C.Hellas Montefortese's Aurelio Del Monte got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurelio Del Monte in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Cameli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of Chiappa AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of U.D.C.Hellas Montefortese:s goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Federico Salerno during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Federico Salerno hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Fortunato Biancone was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 75th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 76thth minute of the game Aurelio Del Monte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chiappa AFC's Bruno Cameli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Emiliano Evani came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the U.D.C.Hellas Montefortese fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emiliano Evani couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurelio Del Monte in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Cameli saved Chiappa AFC from getting behind. In the 88th minute, Emiliano Evani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alessandro Muzzatti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carter Palmieri in the 91st minute. U.D.C.Hellas Montefortese walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
