Calcio Padova SpA's 马军平 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Fortuna in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Calcio Padova SpA's Fedele Mangione got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 马军平 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Cipolla in the 43rd minute of play. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmine Corvo in the 87th minute of play forced Marcon FC's goalkeeper Cosimo Anelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
