An unexpectedly hard shot by Anfilogino Polimeno in the 25th minute of play forced San Michele Extra's goalkeeper Alfredo Malandra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Cagnacci Calcio booed when San Michele Extra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camillo Pesce didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredo Malandra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Spitaleri in the 42nd minute of the match. Dario Fasciani kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dennis Spitaleri made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Dennis Spitaleri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cagnacci Calcio's supporters rose to their feet, but Dennis Spitaleri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredo Malandra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christian Biavati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Alfredo Malandra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristoforo Serra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dennis Spitaleri's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alfredo Malandra firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cristoforo Serra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfredo Malandra made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Dennis Spitaleri sent off a good shot on target. San Michele Extra's Alfredo Malandra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save San Michele Extra from getting a goal against them. After 83 played minutes San Michele Extra got a freekick which was hit by Ermanno Vitelli. Flavio La Marca was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 84th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Dennis Spitaleri took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredo Malandra. Alfredo Malandra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Anfilogino Polimeno's late challenge caught a San Michele Extra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anfilogino Polimeno helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Cagnacci Calcio's Anfilogino Polimeno got a free kick in the 90th minute. San Michele Extra's Alfredo Malandra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save San Michele Extra from getting a goal against them. 0-4 became the score in the 95th minute when Dennis Spitaleri elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Cagnacci Calcio's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
