Alfredo Orlandi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Franco Cardillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Bagnarola fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ennio Sisti should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Bagnarola's Eugenio Romagnoli got a free kick in the 82nd minute. If Franco Cardillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franco Cardillo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 92nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Sporting Club Barzilai's Franco Cardillo got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
