When Angelo Pietrangelo fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Borghetti's protests and gave Angelo Pietrangelo a yellow card for diving instead. Angelo Pietrangelo hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Antonio Carozza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Delmiro Ferman went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Delmiro Ferman was the one to do the kick off.
