Spectators: 7358 (Terracing: 5555, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 100) Amedeo Piccini started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Francesco Di Marco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amedeo Piccini in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Achille Scoca in the 5th minute of play forced Posatora's goalkeeper Francesco Di Marco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 6 played minutes Posatora got a freekick which was hit by Ion Militaru. After a rather tough play, AS Guatarano's Domenico Troilo got a free kick in the 11th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carmine Fabrizi in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudio Giannetta saved AS Guatarano from getting behind. Ingolf Agerholm charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ingolf Agerholm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Posatora getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ingolf Agerholm hit a great ball. Francesco Di Marco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achille Scoca, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 23 minutes into the game, Carmine Fabrizi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Claudio Giannetta. Carmine Fabrizi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Claudio Giannetta was a little too slow when Carmine Fabrizi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 2-0. When Carmine Fabrizi came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Posatora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carmine Fabrizi couldn't finish the play. 34 minutes into the match, AS Guatarano's goal looked a bit too open when Filippo Sebastiani came free, but Claudio Giannetta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Achille Scoca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Francesco Di Marco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amedeo Piccini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carmine Fabrizi made a kick off. If Filippo Sebastiani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Carmine Fabrizi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudio Giannetta was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Posatora's Ingolf Agerholm got a free kick in the 56th minute. If Carmine Fabrizi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arrigo Piccioli charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arrigo Piccioli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd minute, Arrigo Piccioli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francesco Di Marco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabrizio Vani in the 68th minute. After a defensive mix-up in AS Guatarano's zone, Carmine Fabrizi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Giannetta came out of the goal and Carmine Fabrizi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 77 minutes into the match, Ion Militaru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claudio Giannetta. AS Guatarano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ion Militaru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After 82 played minutes Posatora got a freekick which was hit by Ion Militaru. Francesco Di Marco made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Arrigo Piccioli sent off a good shot on target. If Emiliano Calabrese had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudio Giannetta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmine Fabrizi's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Carmine Fabrizi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Claudio Giannetta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Posatora players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
