In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Adegliacco FC's goalkeeper Amedeo Cucci, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee showed Donato Miccio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sala Baganza AFC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Donato Miccio hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Felice Caponera struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Amedeo Cucci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sala Baganza AFC. Amedeo Cucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felice Caponera in the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Balestra in the 62nd minute of play forced Sala Baganza AFC's goalkeeper Flavio Niccolai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adegliacco FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sala Baganza AFC the free kick. Cesare Traini kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Felice Caponera put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Amedeo Cucci. In the 78th minute, Amedeo Genta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Rotili in the 79th minute of play forced Adegliacco FC's goalkeeper Amedeo Cucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amedeo Cucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filippo Ceccon, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 83rd match minute, Adegliacco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Danza to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th match minute, Sala Baganza AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felice Caponera to maneuver through the defense. When Alexander Danza fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Adegliacco FC's protests and gave Alexander Danza a yellow card for diving instead. After 91 played minutes Adegliacco FC got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Danza. Amedeo Genta's late challenge caught a Sala Baganza AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amedeo Genta helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felice Caponera in the 99th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amedeo Cucci prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sala Baganza AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
